As a result, some of the processes and form numbers that appear in the booklet have changed. The information update explains these changes and gives readers the new information they need as they go through the court process. The information update is available online only.

Can’t Pay Your Mortgage? is for any homeowner who’s about to miss a mortgage payment, has already missed one or more mortgage payment, or has received a Petition to go to court. It explains what homeowners can do during foreclosure, and lists agencies that can provide information or other kinds of help.
